Never attended a teleclass before?  It might seem a little intimidating at first, but you'll see it's actually quite relaxing and enjoyable.  Here's how it works:
  • Once you register, you'll be given a dial-in number that you'll call at the scheduled date/time.  You'll also be given a unique access code that you'll be prompted to enter.  This will put you onto the conference line.
  • You'll also be provided informative handouts that you can download to your computer for reference during and after the call.
  • Participants will be warmly welcome by Moi :o) and once we're ready to get started, I'll mute the line so that the background noises in other participants' environments won't disturb us.  The call will then go into "recording mode" for later playback.
  • We'll go through the material for the day's module, referring to the documents that were sent.  Toward the end I'll open the line for you to fire away with your questions.
  • Each week, you'll get "homework" assignments that will help you apply what you've learned, so you can start to reach your personal health and wellness goals!

1.    Nutrition 101:  The well balanced, health supportive, weight releasing, energy creating, mood balancing, glowing skin, nutritlicious diet!  Yes, you really CAN have it all!  The energetic value of food. 

2.    Kill your Cravings: The physiological, psychological and emotional factors that influence your food choices and proven strategies to regain control.
